LICOEnf is a research group that has been working since 2020 and has been certified in the CNPq General Research Directory by Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo, Unit: School of Nursing, in 2024. The objective is to develop national and international research aimed at the development of nursing and health leaders for individual and collective evolution, including studies on leadership development tools such as realistic simulation, Escape Room, CVAT, Barrett, among others, and studies on organizational culture (OC).
